Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RustBerry. By signing in and using the service you agree to what follows. If any of it doesn't sit right with you, stop using the service.
1. What RustBerry is
RustBerry is a companion dashboard for the game Rust that pairs with the official Facepunch Rust+ app. It monitors servers, smart devices and tracked players on your behalf. RustBerry is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Facepunch Studios or Valve.
2. Eligibility
You need to be old enough to legally consent to these terms in your country (usually 16 or 18). By signing in with Discord you confirm you meet that bar.
3. Your account
Your account is linked to your Discord identity. Keep your Discord account secure — anyone with access to it has access to RustBerry as you. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
4. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service. No scraping, no reverse engineering, no running automated attacks, no using RustBerry to harass others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access that harms the service or other users.
5. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select. You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current period. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Third-party services
RustBerry relies on Discord (authentication), Steam (public profile data), Facepunch Rust+ (game integration) and Battlemetrics (server history). Their outages or rule changes can affect what RustBerry can do. We'll do our best to adapt, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. No warranty
RustBerry is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of data, or that the service will always work. Don't base life-critical decisions on what the dashboard shows.
8. Changes
We can update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll let you know via the dashboard. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
